3. Support hours & response time

• Support hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Indian Standard Time (IST). We are closed on Sundays and on public holidays.
• Typical response time: we aim to acknowledge every message within 24–48 business hours. Messages received over a weekend or holiday are picked up on the next working day.
