1. Education & research only

Super Performance Stocks is an online education and research platform dedicated to teaching stock-market concepts, with a focus on momentum and growth-stock methods. Everything we provide is for educational and informational purposes only. Our goal is to help you learn how to study markets, read price action, understand risk, and develop your own framework as an independent, self-directed learner.

We are NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser and NOT a SEBI-registered Research Analyst, and we do not hold ourselves out as such. We are not a stockbroker, sub-broker, portfolio manager, distributor, or wealth manager. We do not carry on the business of providing investment advice or research analysis services as defined under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 or the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.

We are not currently registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST), as our turnover is below the applicable registration threshold. Accordingly, our current pricing does not include GST and no GST invoice is issued. Once we become liable to register, our prices will be stated on a GST-inclusive basis and the appropriate tax details will be reflected at that time.

This Disclaimer and your use of the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Mumbai / Thane, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with this Disclaimer or the Platform.
