Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Super Performance Stocks(the “Platform”), available at superperformancestocks.com, collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects your personal data when you visit the Platform, create an account, purchase a course or subscription, or otherwise interact with us. The Platform is owned and operated by Ankit Prajapati, Sole Proprietor (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Super Performance Stocks is an online education and research platform for stock-market learning; it is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst.
This Policy is published in accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder. By using the Platform or providing us with your personal data, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy.
1. Who we are — the Data Fiduciary
For the purposes of the DPDP Act, the Data Fiduciary (the entity that determines the purpose and means of processing your personal data) is Ankit Prajapati, Sole Proprietor, trading as Super Performance Stocks, with registered address at B-209, Sai Shivamrut Bldg, Talav Road, Bhayandar East, Thane, Maharashtra 401105, India. You — the individual whose personal data we process — are the Data Principal. Our contact details, including those of our Grievance Officer, are set out in Sections 11 and 14 below.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect only the personal data we reasonably need to provide and improve our educational services. Depending on how you use the Platform, this may include:
- Identity and account data — your name, email address, mobile / WhatsApp number, and the account credentials you set (such as a hashed password). Passwords are stored only in encrypted (hashed) form and are never visible to us in plain text.
- Payment data — when you purchase a course or subscription, your payment is processed by a third-party payment gateway (Instamojo and/or Razorpay). We receive confirmation details such as transaction ID, order ID, payment status, plan purchased, and the amount. We do NOT collect or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials — these are handled directly by the payment gateway on its own secure systems.
- Usage and analytics data — information about how you interact with the Platform, such as pages and lessons viewed, course progress, device and browser type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, referring URLs, and timestamps. This is collected via cookies and analytics tools.
- Communications data — the content of messages, queries, and feedback you send us by email, WhatsApp, contact forms, or community discussions, together with our responses.
- Marketing preferences — your consent status and choices regarding promotional communications over email, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive financial portfolio data, demat / trading account credentials, or PAN/Aadhaar details, as we provide education only and do not execute trades or manage money on your behalf. Please do not send us such information.
3. How we use your personal data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide the service — to create and manage your account, authenticate you at login, and give you access to the courses, lessons, and educational content you are entitled to;
- To process payments — to complete your purchase, activate or renew your plan, issue receipts, and maintain transaction records;
- To deliver content — to make available the videos, articles, newsletters, worksheets, webinars, and updates associated with your plan;
- To provide support — to respond to your queries, resolve issues, and handle grievances;
- To operate, secure, and improve the Platform — to monitor performance, prevent fraud and abuse, debug, and enhance the learning experience using usage and analytics data;
- To send marketing — only with your consent — where you have opted in, to send you educational updates, offers, and promotional messages over email, WhatsApp, and/or Telegram. You can withdraw this consent at any time (see Section 9);
- To comply with law — to meet our legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting obligations and to respond to lawful requests from authorities.
4. Legal basis and consent
Under the DPDP Act, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent and for certain legitimate uses permitted by the Act. When you provide personal data, you do so voluntarily and consent to its processing for the purposes described in this Policy. For purposes such as performing the service you have signed up for, fulfilling a transaction you have initiated, and complying with the law, we process data as necessary for those purposes.
For marketing communications, we rely on your free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent, which you may withdraw at any time with the same ease with which it was given. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure your session, understand how the Platform is used, and improve it. Cookies we use fall broadly into:
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for core functions such as authentication, session management, and security. The Platform cannot work properly without these;
- Analytics / performance cookies — set by us or our analytics providers to measure traffic, page performance, and feature usage on an aggregated basis.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from logging in or using parts of the Platform. Where required, we will seek your consent for non-essential cookies.
6. Third parties and data processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers (Data Processors) who help us run the Platform, and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their services under contractual obligations of confidentiality and security. These include:
- Payment gateways — Instamojo and/or Razorpay, to process payments and confirm transactions;
- Hosting and infrastructure — Vercel (and associated database/storage providers), which host the Platform and store account data;
- Email and marketing tools — providers used to send transactional emails and, where you have consented, marketing messages over email, WhatsApp, or Telegram;
- Analytics providers — tools that help us understand and improve Platform usage.
Your personal data may be processed by these third parties on our behalf in accordance with their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose personal data where required by law, court order, or a lawful request by a government or regulatory authority, or to protect our rights, safety, and property or those of others.
7. Data retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide the service to you, maintain your account, comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal data is no longer needed and we are not required by law to retain it, we will delete it or anonymise it. If you close your account or withdraw consent, we will erase your personal data except where retention is required or permitted by applicable law.
8. How we protect your data
We take reasonable security safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. These include encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashing of passwords, access controls limiting who can view personal data, use of reputable hosting and payment partners, and periodic review of our practices. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity under your account.
9. Your rights under the DPDP Act
As a Data Principal, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data, subject to the conditions and exemptions in the DPDP Act:
- Right to access — to obtain a summary of the personal data we process about you and the processing activities undertaken;
- Right to correction and updating — to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected, completed, or updated;
- Right to erasure — to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, unless retention is required by law;
- Right to withdraw consent — to withdraw, at any time, any consent you have given (for example, for marketing), as easily as you gave it;
- Right of grievance redressal — to a readily available means of registering a grievance with us (see Section 11);
- Right to nominate — to nominate another individual who may exercise your rights under the DPDP Act in the event of your death or incapacity.
